Multiple roads were closed due to high water throughout the county, including U.S. Route 42 and State Route 467. A mudslide was also reported along U.S. Route 42 E.

Widespread rain fell across the Ohio Valley during the morning hours as a warm front lifted north through the area. Two to three inches of rain fell across much of the region.
