John Wayne Airport ASOS reports 1/4 mile visibility, less at times.

A passing inside slider brought gusty winds in the mountains and deserts, along with patchy fog near the coast. The system on February 12 was strong enough and further west and produce a narrow area of heavy rain and isolated thunderstorms along the San Bernardino and Riverside County mountains foothills.
