Lorain Harbor C-MAN Station (LORO1) recorded a peak wind gust of 57 mph.

A cold front swept eastward through northeast Ohio during the early morning hours of February 5th as a deep and occluded surface low moved from northern Lake Michigan toward far-eastern Lake Superior. A tight surface pressure gradient and rapid surface pressure rises behind the front contributed to a peak gust of nearly 50 knots at Lorain Harbor.
