The Wilson River near Tillamook (TLMO3) reached flood stage at 0000PST, crested at 13.4 feet, then dropped below flood stage at 0930PST. Flood stage is 12 feet.

The wider storm

A strong westerly upper level jet over the northern Pacific was directed at the Washington and Oregon coast, driving a plume of deep moisture toward western Washington and northwest Oregon.
