The Grays River near Rosburg rose above 1145PST on the 12th, crested at 15.54 feet, then fell below flood stage at 0215PST on the 14th. Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

A series of strong slow moving fronts brought periods of heavy rain along with strong winds. This resulted in high surf, coastal and river flooding.
