Strong and gusty north to northeast winds impacted the coastal valleys of Ventura county. Some peak wind reports from the local Mesonet include: Wiley Ridge (gust 83 MPH), Cochran (gust 80 MPH), South Mountain Lookout (gust 76 MPH), Miller Ranch (gust 71 MPH) and Chesseboro (gust 61 MPH).

Very strong and gusty Santa Ana winds impacted many areas of Ventura and Los Angeles counties. Northeasterly winds, gusting up to 99 MPH, were reported across many areas. The gusty winds did produce numerous reports of downed small trees and branches.
