Wind gusts of 45 to 55 mph caused blowing and drifting snow and whiteouts and US Highway 26 closed from Ririe to Swan Valley on the 23rd.

Another wind event closed roads in eastern Idaho. Winds gusted 45 to 55 mph and closed US Highway 26 and Idaho Highways 32 and 33.
