Interstate 84 was closed from the interstate 86 interchange south to exit 263. Winds were gusting up to 55 mph causing whiteouts.

Wider weather episode

The final winter storm of the month brought very heavy high mountain snow as well as strong gusty winds in the 40 to 60 mph range which again closed many roads.
