Strong wind lasting for approximately two hours occurred in Osceola County, with peak observed wind gusts up to 45 mph. While no significant damage was reported in Lake County, small to medium sized branches were downed by the strong winds.

Wider weather episode

Strong winds developed in the wake of a line of thunderstorms across much of the Interstate-4 corridor and within Lake County. These winds resulted in damage to pool screens, fences and trees.
