Based on surrounding observations, it is estimated that 3 to 4 inches of snow had fallen over the county.

Wider weather episode

A low pressure system moved through the Ohio Valley on February 15th to the 16th. Snow was primarily found northwest and along the I-71 corridor, with more sleet found to the southeast of it.
