Snowfall was very localized and elevation dependent. Amounts ranged from 11 inches in Ashby to 3.1 inches in Pepperell.

Wider weather episode

An extremely dynamical intensifying closed mid level low tracked across southern New England Thursday night into Friday. Rain changed to snow in the Worcester Hills and Berkshires. In lower elevations rain mixed with snow for a time but did not add up to much.
