Flagler Beach Ocean Rescue pulled 4 people from the ocean who were caught in a rip current at South 6th Street in Flagler Beach. There were no injuries and medical attention was not needed.

Wider weather episode

Persistent easterly winds combined with elevated surf over the weekend created a High Rip Current risk along local NE FL beaches and resulted in numerous ocean rescues.
