Peak wind gusts included 60 mph at Milford Municipal Airport/Ben and Judy Briscoe Field, 59 mph at Brimstone Reservoir, and 58 mph at Cedar City Regional Airport. In addition, the Utah Department of Transportation reported a semitrailer was blown over on Interstate 15 south of Cedar City.
