Wider weather episode
A band of rain changed over to snow during the evening of the 20th. As the system moved east, it ultimately produced 2 to 4 inches of snow in most locations. Given the warm nature of the ground, this overnight snow did not produce traditional travel issues. Some trees that had leafed out were knocked down by the snow and did create some obstacles on roadways.
