The wider storm

Thunderstorms developed ahead of a cold front across northeast Wisconsin. Strong storms produced gusty winds as they tracked over Lake Michigan during the evening hours. Thunderstorm winds capsized a boat on the southern Bay of Green Bay, causing a fatality.
