A severe thunderstorm producing winds estimated near 60 mph knocking down trees on wires. There were other reports of trees down across Juniata County.

Wider weather episode

Thunderstorms formed during the evening of June 20th in a warm, moist airmass ahead of an approaching cold front which was stretched across the Great Lakes. The thunderstorms quickly moved from southwest to northeast across the middle Susquehanna Valley.
