A severe thunderstorm producing winds estimated near 60 mph downed multiple trees between Cowans Gap State Park and Turkey Road.

Wider weather episode

Several multicell clusters and short convective line segments formed along a prefrontal trough during the afternoon and evening hours on June 30, 2021. A few storms in the southern tier and in the Susquehanna Valley produced wind damage.
