Large tree limbs were blown down near the intersection of VA-236 Duke Street and North Early Street. A tree blew down onto southbound I-395 Henry G. Shirley Memorial Highway at mile marker 5.

Wider weather episode

A couple bands of thunderstorms well out ahead of Tropical Storm Elsa produced a few instances of wind damage.
