A waterspout was observed about one mile north of Key Largo in Florida Bay. No spray ring was observed.

A col region developed in advance of an approaching cold front over the Florida Keys, providing very light lower tropospheric winds supportive of numerous waterspout development through the Florida Keys coastal waters.
