Event narrative

The Macon County Emergency Manager reported several trees blown down along Field Crossing Road between Loop Road and Croxton Road. Some tin siding was pulled off of a chicken house in the area.

Wider weather episode

A persistent upper-level trough over the eastern U.S. and a cold front dropping south through the state brought scattered strong and isolated severe thunderstorms to north and central Georgia.
