Strong thunderstorm winds knocked down a tree onto roadway.

A cold front collided with warm and humid conditions, which then triggered scattered thunderstorms during late afternoon and evening across Northeastern Pennsylvania. A few storms became severe producing damaging winds, knocking down trees and utility lines.
