Event narrative

The public reported downed trees and minor home damage from thunderstorm winds that occurred in Saint Cloud, near Brillante Drive in Saint Cloud. These winds are estimated at 60 mph. The damage consisted of two downed trees, awnings ripped off, backyard items tossed around, and several fences damaged.

Wider weather episode

A couple of severe thunderstorms developed along the sea breeze collision. One storm produced a tornado in New Smyrna Beach, and another produced wind damage in Saint Cloud.
