Powerlines were brought down by wind gusts estimated at up to 60 mph. A tree was also toppled on to powerlines. The time is estimated.

Thunderstorms developed during the afternoon of the 19th in advance of a cold front crossing the region. Some of the thunderstorms became severe...producing damaging winds and large hail. The thunderstorms were most extensive across eastern and Downeast portions of the region...including the Downeast coast. The thunderstorms lasted into the evening.
