KRAC ASOS measured a wind gust to 35 knots as strong thunderstorms crossed far eastern Racine county, close to the Lake Michigan shore.

During the late afternoon on August 11th, several strong thunderstorms crossed the shore and nearshore waters of Lake Michigan from Milwaukee south to Wind Point, producing strong wind gusts.
