TCOON site at Packery Channel measured a gust to 38 knots.

A squall line of thunderstorms formed over the Brush Country during the early morning hours of June 1st. The squall line reached the Coastal Bend and the nearby coastal water around daybreak. Wind gusts between 35 and 40 knots occurred between Corpus Christi Bay and Baffin Bay.
