A dust storm moved from north to south across the Little Colorado River Valley near Winslow with visibility down to between 1/4 to 1/2 miles. Significant blowing dust was also observed in Tuba City. The winds were gusting to near 40 MPH around this event.

Thunderstorm outflow winds caused blowing dust that hit both Winslow and Tuba City.
