A shortwave moved across the state, triggering isolated thunderstorms. With dry lower levels and large dew point depressions, strong downburst winds were noted at some locations. The strongest gust was 64 mph at Worland Municipal Airport. A 60 mph wind gust was measured at the Big Piney-Marbleton Airport.
