Heavy rain and runoff from higher desert landscape produced flash flooding in sections of Rock Springs that had seen similar conditions on July 28.

Wider weather episode

Another day of slow-moving thunderstorms produced flooding in Rock Springs. The flooding was much less severe than two days previous and produced little additional damage.
