Streets flooded. Spring Creek running out of its banks and a third of the way up flood control levees. Numerous reports of basements flooding. 0.85 to 1.20 inches of rainfall.

Flash flooding due to a thunderstorm with heavy rainfall around 1 inch over a short duration resulted in flooded streets and basements, especially near Spring Creek.
