Forward propagating MCS through western/southern Upper Great Lakes produced damaging wind. Most of SVRs and severe reports focused from Laporte into Allen/Dekalb County Indiana in the zone of a long-lived cold pool balance before gradually becoming outflow dominant into northwest Ohio.
