A wind gust of 39 mph was reported in El Cocal, Yabucoa.

Tropical Storm Grace affected the area on August 15th into the early morning hours of August 16th. The system brought with it bands of moderate to locally heavy rainfall activity as well as some gusty winds, with some areas reporting tropical storm force gusts.
