The Delta regions saw high temperatures reach upwards of 105 to 107 degrees on the 9th and 10th.

High pressure originating from the four-corners region built westward into California resulting in very hot daytime temperatures and warm overnight low temperatures across interior Northern California. High to very high heat risk impacted the region with a several day heatwave. One daily high temperature record was tied and one daily high temperature record was broken. During the event, cooling centers were made available to the public across interior Northern California.
