The fires in the Devil's Knob Complex were started by lightning in early August. The exact date and time of initiation was uncertain. As of the last report at 0630 PDT on 10/15/21, the fires had burned 70110 acres and were 65 percent contained. 1 structure was lost, and 62.6 million dollars had been spent on firefighting efforts.
