Highway 191 was closed due to flooding over the highway at Mile Post 491.8 between Round Rock and Rock Point (by Whale Rock) at 1135 PM. A social media video post showed a dangerous swollen wash along Highway 191.

A surge of tropical moisture, combined with a an upper level low centered over an area near state borders of Arizona, Nevada and California is producing moderate rainfall over

central and northern Arizona.
