Small stream went out of its banks causing minor flooding near La Cooperativa and the hospital in the center of town.

Abundant low-level moisture combined with daytime heating and local effects as well as light steering winds to result in slow-moving shower and thunderstorm activity across portions of interior, northern, and western Puerto Rico.
