The weather station at Limestone Canyon measured a peak wind gust of 72 MPH at 324 AM MST. The wind gusts exceeded 58 MPH between around 1115 PM to around 340 AM MST.

A deep polar low dropped down from Canada and across The Desert Southwest with very gusty winds and plummeting snow levels. High temperatures dropped 15-20 from 11 October to 12 October.
