NOS-PORTS station at Conimicut Light recorded a gust to 60 mph at 136 PM EST and gusts to 59 mph at both 1230 PM EST and 1236 PM EST. A Weatherflow mesonet site at Halfway Rock off of Jamestown recorded a gust to 59 mph at 149 PM EST.

Southerly flow out ahead of an advancing cold front produced high winds over the RI coastal waters and strong winds over the eastern MA coastal waters.
