Heavy rain and flooding was reported in Solano County. A CoCoRaHS near Vacaville, CA reported 10.29 inches of storm total rain and 8.35 inches was also reported near lake Curry.

A strong early season storm brought record setting rainfall, flooding, strong winds, and mountain snow to interior Northern California from October 23rd through 26th. Widespread impacts were reported including: downed trees and powerlines, flooding, power outages, and closed roadways. All time record high calendar day rainfall amounts were recorded at Sacramento City of 5.44 inches, 5.41 inches at Sacramento Executive Airport, 10.40 inches at Blue Canyon. Daily rainfall records were also set at Redding Airport at 2.99 inches, 4.57 inches at Oroville Airport, and 4.13 inches at Sacramento international Airport.
