Snow, heavy at times, occurred across the central and southwest mountains on this day while damaging winds along with high fire danger was noted across much of the plains and San Luis Valley. Highest wind gusts were up to around 60 mph. A few thunderstorms also occurred, mainly over the far eastern plains, though there was not any damage observed from these storms.
