The cooperative observer at Myrtle Creek reported 7.3 inches of snow in 24 hours ending at 26/0800 PST, then an additional 7.5 inches of snow in 24 hours ending at 27/0800 PST.

A member of the public in Winston reported 10.0 inches of snow in 24 hours ending at 26/1400 PST. A CoCoRAHS observer 1N Days Creek reported 7.2 inches of snow in 24 hours ending at 27/1000 PST with a 12 inch snow depth.

Wider weather episode

A prolonged winter storm brought snow to unusually low elevations in southwest Oregon and heavy amounts in the mountains.
