What the National Weather Service wrote

The Siletz River near Siletz (SILO3) rose above flood stage of 16 feet at 0830PST of the 11th, crested at 18.1 feet at 1345PST on the 11th, then fell below flood stage at 2200PST on the 12th.

The wider storm

Heavy rains produced by an atmospheric river brought river flooding to portions of northwest Oregon and southwest Washington. In addition, high tide backed up rivers and creeks in low lying areas along the coast, enhancing flooding.

Began near Siletz (44.7157, -123.8818).
