A trained spotter reported 7 inches of fresh snow in Lena Point area of Juneau.

The wider storm

The third storm in a series moved into the gulf of Alaska on the nineteenth and twentieth. Except for the farthest southern areas, temperatures were below or near freezing

across the majority of the panhandle. This system brought abundant moisture into the

panhandle with most of it falling as snow.
