Rain changed over to snow early on February 2nd, with periods of moderate to heavy snow continuing through the late evening hours of February 3rd. There was a report of 13.5 inches of total snow accumulation 1 mile south of Denham, with 10 to 14 inches common across the county. There were slide-offs and accidents across the area, with school and several businesses closed due to the heavy snow and blowing snow.
