A COOP Observer in Harrison reported 2.7 inches of snow, as this appeared to be the highest report from Hudson.

Weak low pressure developed along a frontal wave along the southeast coastline and moved northeast offshore as 700 mb frontogenesis contributed to a light accumulating snowfall with mainly low advisory and sub advisory level snowfall across Northeastern New Jersey. Not all zones are entered as with a warm ground some zones had under 2.5 inches of accumulated snow.
