The 911 system went down. There were three trees on homes, blocked/damaged roadways, and minor car accidents. 97% of utility customers lost power.

There were reports of significant flooding around Fitzgerald High school extending west across Merrimack Drive. The water depth was reported up to the doors of vehicles and up to the front door of a double wide mobile home.

The underpass on North Longstreet was flooded with a car submerged.
