One adult male was struck by lightning and injured while cooking along Red Rock Rd. 8 miles north northwest of Macks Inn. Tree next to him was also hit. The strike also blew out all the stitching of a nearby tent occupied by multiple children who were not injured.

The public submitted several photographs of a tornado touched down northwest of the St. Anthony Sand Dunes. It appeared to be a very weak tornado and no damage was found as the tornado was in an open field.
