The Mississippi River Lock and Dam 12 in Bellevue rose above its major flood stage of 20.0 feet around noon on July 5th and at 20.17 feet on July 7. The river fell back below flood stage around 2 AM on July 9.

Trained spotters, Cocorahs, and numerous public reports showed 5 to 10 inches of heavy wet snow fell early in the morning March 25th. This heavy snow caused dangerous travel early in the day, and brought down numerous tree branches. The most snow fell in eastern Jackson County.
