The ASOS at St. Joseph airport reported a minimum wind chill of 23 degrees below zero at 8z on Feb 20th (temp of minus 7). Wind chills of -17 or colder were reported for multiple time frames between Feb 18 and Feb 20.

Freezing rain occurred through much of the night going into January 11, and caused around a quarter to one-third inch accumulation. This occurred prior to about 2 to 3 inches of snow falling. This resulted in several auto accidents.
