Clark storm history

Light snow fell during the day with accumulations of less than one half inch. This snow across the Bluegrass Region brought slick roads that lead to an automobile accident on The Mountain Parkway Highway 10 miles east of Winchester. A fatality occurred.

Roughly 20 trees were reported down in the county. Three transformer fires and numerous power outages were also reported.
