Green storm history

Eight houses were destroyed. Two houses had major damage. Eight other homes had minor damage. Thirteen barns were damaged or destroyed. Six businesses had damage. An unoccupied mobile home was flipped over a house and into a tree. Numerous trees and power lines were down.

The Green County Kentucky Mesonet site (GRBG) dropped to 32 degrees.

There were numerous roads flooded and closed. The Old Bottling Company collapsed onto a power pole which cut power to much of Greensburg. Water rescues were also conducted.
